I can’t seem to grab the Motion Tracker/Grenades.

• • Try reaching more toward your elbow than your upper arm. 

It’s dark, how do I see?

• • Reach up to your left ear and pull the trigger to toggle the flashlight on/off

Does the game incorporate noise detection from the player speaking in real life - or is it based solely around interactions in the game?

• • No, Alien: Rogue Incursion doesn't detect voice from the player.

I put on a hat and now I can’t take it off.

• • Reach down from the top of your head and engage the to grab onto any head gear.
    • Reaching from the front or sides will prioritize your equipment over any worn hats.

How do I use a terminal?

• • Pull the Data Pad off the Gear Select and place it in the dock (Data Pad Hologram) to the left of the screen
  • Different terminals have different clearances, so you may need to revisit them later in the game if your access is denied

Why can’t I use the PDT Keycard at the Terminals?

• • In order to activate the PDT Keycard Reader, you must first activate the terminal using your Data Pad.
  • To update the PDT Keycard at a terminal, first use the screen to open the associated app

Why doesn’t the PDT Keycard open the doors?

• • If you have not yet keyed Zula’s biometrics to the PDT Keycard, you are not able to use it to gain access around the GES facility
  • There are different clearances to the PDT Keycard that you will need to use a terminal to gain access to. If you have your biometrics keyed to your card, you may need a different permission to access that area.

How do I open the Scanner doors?

• • Gather intel by loading Intel Discs into your Data Pad. Once you have gathered all the intel for a specific chain, you will be able to scan your Data Pad at a door and gain access to scanner doors.

Is there a Legend for the map?

• • If you zoom in on the map, you will be able to see labels for each of the icon types

Why can’t I get to the upper floor when climbing a ladder?

• • When you get to the top, grab the railings and pull your hands down to your sides to pull yourself up and over the edge of the floor you are trying to step up to.

What does the Wrist Tracker do?

• • Current Health
  • Stims
    • Number of stims in Inventory
  • Data Pad Indicator Light
    • Lets you know when you have acquired a new item, have a new objective, or have a new piece of intel to look at on your Data Pad
  • Grenades
    • Number of grenades in inventory
  • Ammo
    • Contextual to the gun you are currently holding
    • How much ammo of that type you have in your inventory
    • Note: Pulse rifle is displayed in magazines, Revolver and Shotgun is displayed in individual rounds
